Overview

At Shalaka Biosciences, we are committed to delivering our nutraceutical and wellness products to you safely and promptly. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your order has been placed successfully.


2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are located outside India and wish to place an order, please contact us directly and we will do our best to assist you.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

  1. Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, etc.) — 3 to 5 business days
  2. Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities — 5 to 7 business days
  3. Remote or rural areas — 7 to 10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.


4. Shipping Charges

  1. Free shipping on all orders above ₹500
  2. A nominal shipping fee may apply on orders below ₹500, calculated at checkout

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on select pin codes across India. COD availability will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address. A small COD handling fee may apply.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number and courier details. You can use this to track your order on the respective courier partner's website.


7. Packaging

All Shalaka Biosciences products are carefully packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Our packaging is designed to protect the integrity of our nutraceutical and food products during transit.


8. Failed Delivery & Re-Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply for resending the order.


9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at info@shalakabiosciences.com with your order number and photographs of the packaging. We will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.

If a shipment is lost in transit, please reach out to us and we will coordinate with our courier partner to locate your order or arrange a replacement.
