Refund policy

 

Overview

At Shalaka Biosciences, we take great care in preparing and packaging our nutraceutical, wellness, and food products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our products — which are consumable health and food items — we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

We strongly encourage you to read all product descriptions, ingredient lists, and usage instructions carefully before placing your order.

 

1. No Return Policy

We do not accept returns for any of the following reasons:

  1. Change of mind or personal preference

  2. Dislike of taste, flavour, or smell

  3. Incorrect product ordered by the customer

  4. Partial use of the product

  5. Products purchased during sale or promotional offers

This policy is in place to maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and product integrity for all our customers.

 

2. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on delivered orders under any standard circumstances. All sales are final.

 

3. Exceptions — When We Will Help

We will only consider a replacement (not a refund) in the following strictly limited cases:

  • Wrong product delivered — You received a product different from what you ordered

  • Damaged product — The product arrived physically damaged, broken, or with a tampered seal

  • Expired product — The product delivered has already crossed its expiry date at the time of delivery

To raise a replacement request under the above exceptions, you must:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@shalakabiosciences.com

  2. Provide your order number

  3. Share clear photographs of the product and packaging showing the issue

  4. Keep the product in its original, unused condition

Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

 

4. Replacement Process

Once your replacement request is reviewed and approved by our team, we will dispatch a replacement product within 3–5 business days. Replacements are subject to product availability. 

 

5. Orders Not Yet Dispatched

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately at info@shalakabiosciences.com. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
